Consequently, this pause gives you a conscious choice in how you further wish to tackle that something you are dealing with. The principles of this meditation are simple, it teaches you how to stop, take a break, acknowledge whatever it is you are feeling and act with intention.
With this meditation you will begin the process of learning how to better manage your emotions and let go of all the unnecessary worries, preoccupations and negativity that just don’t serve your higher purpose.
